Diet and exercise are both important parts of your losing weight. If you chose the best practice, then it is largely based on the diet you will depend on actual use. Last tip: In this type of program you can not use low carb diet at all. No, you need to increase protein, fat and carb cut down some. Do not eat sugar, cola and other junk food.
